CCN research team is part of CCPM (Computer Communications and Pervasive Media) group within Centro Algoritmi research unit.

The research team is highly qualified and motivated, having members with more three decades of experience in the area of Computer Networking. Research activities involve the scientific supervision of postgraduation students, participation in national and international R&D projects, and authoring of a high number of quality publications in specialized scientific journals and conferences.

The team is also connected to several relevant international networks, namely the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Internet Society (ISOC), Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), British Computer Society (BSC) and Brazilian Computing Society (SBC).
